Nasiru Mohammed rejoins BK Hacken

Ghanaian international Nasiru Mohammed has officially joined BK Hacken on a free transfer  after ending his stay at Bulgarian side Levski Sofia.

 
Mohammed has joined the Yellow and Black lads on a one-year with an option of renewal after a fruitful discussions.
 
The club's official statement reads "27-year-old Nasiru Mohammed returns to Hisingen and BK Häcken. The contract is written out the season with the option of extension."
 
"Nasiru Mohammed came to BK Häcken as a great talent in 2012. He blossomed and became a key player in the yellow and black jersey for many seasons. In both 2014 and 2017, he accounted for eight Allsvenskan goals and he has scored both assists and goals that have meant a lot to BK Häcken’s success in recent years. In 2019, he was sold after eight seasons in BK Häcken to Bulgarian Levski Sofia, but now he returns to Hisingen and is reunited with sports director Martin Ericsson and the new acquisition Samuel Gustafson."
 
The contract with Nasiru Mohammed is valid for the rest of the season with an option to extend.”
 
Sporting Director of the club Martin Ericsson spoke about the signing of Nasiru Mohammed.
 
“We get a competent player who knows the club and who has been, and is, a much appreciated person and player both on and off the field. “Nas” will broaden our offensive, which will be important during match-intensive weeks this autumn”.
 
Nasiru joined BK Hacken in 2012 from Rainbow FC and managed 34 goals and 25 assists in the Swedes top-flight league in six seasons.
 
He also scored six goals and registered seven assists Svenska Cupen before joining Bulgarian team Levski Sofia in 2019
