Richard Osei Agyemang optimistic of beating Hearts of Oak

The Miners will welcome Hearts of Oak at the Len Clay Stadium on Saturday in a crunchy and much anticipated match-week 19 of the Ghana Premier League.

Having held and caused Karela United their top spot last week after holding them to a 1-1 stalemate at the dreadful Anyinase, Ashgold have gelled really well with so much optimism to grind all three points from the Phobians.

In preparations towards the game, the ex- Kotoko defender has admitted it is going to be a tough clash but will play all their hearts out to humble Hearts of Oak and will also want to be efficient in the second round. He told Kumasi-based Kessben FM;

“It is going to be a tough game but we will beat them because we need to win our remaining matches. This time we are going to win all our home games in the second round at all cost because we want to win the league."

"We didn’t have a good first round. Therefore, we have to correct things and get the needed points in the second round.”
