Christian Conteh secures work permit to begin career with Feyenoord Rotterdam

German-born Ghanaian winger Christian Joe Conteh has secured his work permit and is due to begin his career with Feyenoord Rotterdam in the Eredivisie league campaign.

The talented flanksman joined the Rotterdam-based club from German second division side FC St. Pauli on a four-year-deal this summer.

Since signing on the dotted lines for the Dutch giants, the silky left-footed wideman is now set to team-up with his team-mates having been given the nod over his work permit to kick- start life in the Dutch top-flight for the upcoming football season.

Conteh will now be looking forward to having a fine debut season with Feyenoord Rotterdam as he is set to continue his promising career for the next four seasons in the Eredivisie top division contest.

The Hamburg-born winger is still eligible to play for Ghana at the international stage despite featuring for the Germany U20 national team.
