My family is pressuring me to get married – 34-year-old Yemi Alade

Yemi Alade, a Nigerian singer who has won awards, has talked about how her family and friends want her to get married.

The “Johnny” hit singer seemed annoyed that people kept asking her if she was married because she said that her family and friends have been pushing her to get married and have kids.

The famous singer made it clear that she is not in a relationship by saying, “People get married all the time, especially at the end of every year.” I’m not under any pressure.

It will happen when the time is right.

According to Yemi Alade, “family pressure is hard to fight because it comes from people I respect and look up to telling me I should get married.”

But I think they will be patient with me if they really want what’s best for me because finding the right person is more important than just getting married.

“But other than that, I don’t think anyone should rush into being with the wrong person,” Yemi Alade revealed during her latest interview with Cool FM in Lagos.
