2023 VGMAs: How your favourite celebrities 'slayed' on the red carpet

The celebs predictably brought their A-Game on, fashion-wise at the just-ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards went down live on May 6, 2023, at the Grand Arena inside the Accra International Conference Centre.

As was largely expected, Black Sherif won the esteemed Artiste of the Year award to cap off his extraordinary year in the musical year.

He replaced KiDi, a star of Lynx Entertainment, who won Artiste of the Year at the 23rd annual ceremony of the Awards in 2022.

Black Sherif was crowned VGMA24 Artiste of the Year.

He beat stiff competition from his closest rival, Piesie Esther who had been tipped as a likely candidate for the ultimate prize, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, King Promise, Camidoh, KiDi, who is the reigning VGMA Artiste of the Year, and Joe Mettle.

He is the 2021 Rapper of the Year award winner at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA.)

Abiana was adjudged the Best Female Vocal Performance award during the 2021 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
