Imagine if a gospel musician pulled a gun on stage like Stonebwoy – Ampong

According to gospel singer Isaiah Kwadwo Ampong, often known as Great Ampong in the entertainment world, gospel musicians are morally superior to secular musicians in our culture.

“You can never win when you have issues with an elderly person,” he added

“It’s just the way our society is, so when you come to this nation, a young person and a poor person are always guilty.

“Even when it’s obvious that a senior citizen is at fault, it’s still insisted that the young person should rather apologize, and that’s the same thing with regard to gospel performers,” says the author.

Citing an example on Showbiz On Property hosted by Amansan Krakye, Great Ampong said imagine what would have happened if a gospel musician pulled a gun on stage like Stonebwoy did.

He continued, “Imagine what would have been said about a gospel singer if they had engaged in the altercation between Shatta Wale and that led to him pulling a pistol on the VGMA.

He stated on Cape Coast-based Property Radio, “Like the media will lambast those gospel musicians until their careers fade away, but Shatta and Stonebwoy after doing that are now rather having more followers.”
