Ghanaians want good roads and hospitals but they’re getting cathedral — Lydia Forson

Screen diva Lydia Forson has claimed in a recent tweet that although Ghanaians do not demand as much from the government, they still don’t get what they deserve in all aspects of life.

She said, among other things, that the clueless NPP administration is giving us a cathedral and putting up expensive restaurants that the typical Ghanaian can’t afford rather than meeting our most basic needs.

Instead, we’re getting a cathedral, expensive restaurants and real estate and everything else the average Ghanaian can’t afford,” the actress and filmmaker wrote.

Shirley Frimpong-Manso, CEO of Sparrow Productions, who had previously worked with her in the Ghanaian television series Different Shades of Blue, brought Forson back to the screens through the movie Scorned
