Akufo-Addo, Bawumia & Shatta Wale can be regarded as comedians – Jacinta

Comedienne Jacinta Ocansey has claimed that a number of people identify as comedians but dislike the brand because it is viewed as a light-hearted line of work.

In her view, personalities like President Akufo Addo, Bawumia, and Shatta Wale can be categorized as comedians because of what they sometimes represent

“There are so many comedians in this country today, it’s just that they have not called themselves comedians, but they are comedians, we know them”, she said.

“Shatta Wale is one of them, Abeiku Santana is one of them, Nana Addo is one of them, Bawumia is one of them”, Jacinta Ocansey explained to Akwasi Aboagye on his evergreen show Entertainment Review show on Peace FM.

She believes that one of the most respected professions in the world is a comedy, but regrettably, some people only view it from a narrow perspective.

“My profession is one of the most respected professions in the world,” she added.
