Watch as multiple vehicles are smashed by fallen trees at Airport after Monday’s 'rainstorm'

Reports indicate that several vehicles were destroyed by fallen trees in parts of the city, including the Airport area.

A video shared by Accra-based TV3 showed at least two vehicles severely damaged by some fallen trees near the Landing Restaurant at Airport.

The video showed, for instance, a Toyota Corolla trapped under huge tree trunks.

A Toyota Vitz was also struck by several trees.

One of the trees was seen resting on the car, which had its backside extensively damaged.

According to a post by TV3, a tree also fell on a four-wheel drive and a motorcycle on the road close to the embassy.

"One person is said to be in critical condition after a tree fell on a motorcycle and a four-wheel drive.
