NPP to embark on reconciliation to avoid surprises on December 7 – National Chairman

National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Stephen Ayensu Ntim, has expressed disappointment in the fact that the NPP has lost a number of its members due to internal wranglings.

According to him, he is not a happy person and will work at ensuring that such persons who have had to leave the party will be brought back to their fold, in order not to spring up surprises during the 2024 election.

“Personally as chairman of the party, I’m not happy.

So as the chairman of the party, I’m going to do that myself,” he told JoyNews.

He indicated that it should not be difficult to be able to convince people who have left the political party because they have issues.

On what he and the party leadership are doing to ensure that their internal battles are won across the country he said “We have a reconciliation committee at every region and also at the national.

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) won the Ejisu seat with 27, 782 votes while their closest contender got 21, 534.
