Decomposing body of man found floating on a river at Anyinam

Body of an unidentified man has been found floating on River Frimpong at Anyinam in the Atiwa East District of the Eastern Region.

The decomposing body was retrieved Sunday, July 14, 2019, by a joint team of Police and NADMO officials and buried.

It is not clear either the deceased was accidentally drowned or killed and thrown into the river.

Meanwhile, Police has commenced investigations into the incident.
