In the finals contests for the day, Notre Dame Girls’ came from trailing in Round 1 to beating Uthman Bin Affan SHS and Adaklu SHS. The girls had 36 points, double of what Bin Affan amassed and 20 more than Adaklu’s.

Real Amass stepped up at the New N Block to ensure that they make it to the next stage of the competition.

With 55 points, they saw off Berekum SHS (39pts) and Bawku SHS (17pts) to make it.

All the winners on Day 1 make it to the one-eighth stage, which begins on Monday, June 24.

The defending champions are St Peters’ SHS from the Eastern Region. They beat West Africa SHS and Adisadel College in the final.
