Mahama carries bad luck; pray to God if he touches you - Wontumi warns drivers

Former President Mahama, is expected to visit parts of Accra today. His visit, is to interact with drivers, commuters and traders and also wish them well for the Easter festivities.

Ahead of his meeting, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Anwti-Boasiako, has warned Ghanaians to be weary of the former president since he is embarking on this mission for entertainment and theatrical reasons and not one, borne out of pure love.

According to Mr. Bernard Anwti-Boasiako popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, drivers who want to save their career and better their life, should immediately go and see their pastors and other religious leaders should former President Mahama attempt to shake their hand or place his hands on their shoulders.

“I want to warn our drivers not to be fooled by his visit. Mahama is a violent man and doesn’t care if people lose their lives on the road. He is only showing up to the stations for entertainment and theatrical reasons. He is focused on votes and not saving lives. Just ask God for protection if he dare touches you through a handshake. It isn’t a normal handshake, he carries a bad charm whenever he goes out to meet people”, Chairman Wontumi said.

He continued that “drivers would have their cars develop fault and breakdowns if they don’t turn to God and avoid meeting former President Mahama. Also if you sell water or anything, please stay away from this man called Mahama. You can glance at him but don't get closer to him else after his meeting, people won't purchase your products again. He would use his charm to take away your glory”.

At 11:00 am today, the 2020 flag bearer of the NDC, Mr. John Dramani Mahama is expected to interact with DRIVERS, Commuters and Traders at the Accra Tudu lorry terminal and pedestrian markets.

He would do same at the Kaneshie lorry terminal and market complex at 12:30 pm and conclude his tour with a visit to the Nkrumah Circle lorry terminal and pedestrian market at 2:00 pm today.
