Ghana forward Emmanuel Boateng scores to power Rio Ave to victory over Santa Clara

The 26-year year old Ghanaian forward was in action over the weekend for Rio Ave in the Portuguese top-flight.

The former Levante attacker secured a starting berth for his outfit when they faced Santa Clara in the Portuguese elite Division.

Boateng powered Rio Ave to a 1-0 victory over Santa Clara with his 15th minute goal

He lasted 56 minutes when he was substituted for Portuguese youngster Fabio Ronaldo.

Boateng had only 10 touches of the ball against Santa Clara, but still managed to score the only goal of the game.

The forward has 2 goals in his last 3 games despite playing just over a 130 minutes combined.
