CAF reopens bid for 2025 AFCON hosting after taking off the hosting rights from Guinea.

The Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) at a meeting on Saturday morning in Algiers, Algeria announced the re-opening of bids for country’s interested in hosting 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

“The Confédération Africaine de Football (“CAF”) Executive Committee (“EXCO”) met on Saturday 1 October 2022 in Algiers, Algeria and announced the re-opening of bids for the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations 2025,” an official club statement from CAF has said.
