Ransford Yeboah to make Ghana squad for 2022 World Cup

The Hamburg forward is likely to make Ghana squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar despite yet to make his debut.

Ransford-Yeboah has been phenomenal in the Bundesliga 2 for Hamburg for months now and his performance handed him an invitation into Ghana’s squad for their September International friendlies.

Ghana coach Otto Addo speaking ahead of Tuesday game against Nicaragua confirmed 70 percent of the players invited to the squad will make the final squad for the World Cup.

Asked if Königsdörffer have a chance at the World Cup, he said, “Of course, otherwise he wouldn’t be here.”
