Ligue II side Le Havre set to offload Ebenezer Assifiauh in the summer

Ligue II side Le Havre will not be renewing Ebenezer Assifiauh's contract at the end of the season, GHANAsoccernet.com can report.

With promotion uncertain the club has decided to part ways with players whose current contract runs out on June 30.

The 24-year-old has struggled to make an impact since joining the club three seasons ago.

In the current season, Assifiuah has made only six appearances for the club before the season was truncated.

The players to be released are Loïc Badé (Lens), Baba Traoré, Pape Gueye (Watford? Angers?), Amos Youga, Ebenezer Assifuah and Eric Junior Dina Ebimbe (rp Paris SG).

With the contract due to expire on June 30, 2020, the former Ghana u-20 striker will leave Le Havre having scored just 5 goals after making 53 appearances.

The 2019/20 Ligue II season has been cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak.
