'King Promise' Akufo-Addo Says He Will Implement Free Tertiary Education if Re-Elected

'King Promise' Akufo-Addo Says He Will Implement Free Tertiary Education if Re-Elected
President Nana Akufo-Addo aka King Promise has promised to look into the implementation of free tertiary education if elected into office.

The President says with the implementation of free SHS the logical next step is free tertiary education.

Akufo-Addo was speaking on Wontumi Fm, a station owned by the NPP Ashanti Regional Chairman, Chairman Wontumi.

“What I’ve realised is that countries that are leading in development began by investing in the education of their people and that helped a lot,” Akufo-Addo said.

“I don’t want to give a timeline [for free tertiary education] but I’m sure it’s possible. For now what has been put in place is a system where students at the tertiary level are provided loans while in school to help them cater for their needs but we’re considering free Tertiary education too,”

Nana Akufo-Addo has been nicknamed King Promise because he promised Ghanaians a million things just to get elected but then forgot those promises once elected.

With another election approaching and Mahama turning into King Promise 2.0, the President has also returned to promising Ghanaians everything under the sun.

It’s unfortunate that these two dishonest politicians, Mahama and Akufo-Addo, are our only choices for this election.
