EduSpots to hold national conference in January 2024

EduSpots is set to hold its national conference in Accra from January 3rd to 6th, 2024.

The event promises to be a landmark occasion, uniting EduSpots’ volunteers, partners, advisors, and supporters to honour the outstanding efforts of Catalysts graduating from the Ignite Programme.

The conference will assemble 80 local Catalysts from various regions of Ghana for a two-day intensive training session designed to enhance their ability to organize and conduct local events at their respective ‘Spots.’

The upcoming conference marks the midpoint of the two-year programme, celebrating the Catalysts’ community achievements with a graduation ceremony and annual awards.

The climax of the conference will be the graduation and awards night, featuring a keynote address by esteemed educator and advocate, Professor Elsie Effah Kaufmann

Catherine Davison, CEO of EduSpots, reflected on the significance of the conference, stating, “This is the first time in eight years that our most dedicated volunteers will gather to celebrate their successes and engage in advanced leadership training, further enabling them to drive change at their Spots.”
