NPP Primaries: Elections Committee to present report to National Council  

The New Patriotic Party Presidential Elections Committee is set to submit a report to the National Council of the party, following Saturday’s Special Delegates’ Conference.

This report will provide insights and recommendations on ensuring a seamless presidential election on November 4, 2023.

Evans Nimako, the Director of Elections for the NPP, explained that the National Council will also address any existing disagreements that might have arisen during the election process.

“At the end of this whole exercise, which so far has been peaceful, fair, and transparent to all stakeholders, we will submit its report to the party’s National Council

The National Council may accept whatever report put together by the Elections Committee,” the Director of Elections of NPP stated.

The November primaries will be a major test for Bawumia and Agyapong

The winner of the primaries will then face off against the opposition National Democratic Congress’s John Dramani Mahama in the December 2024 general election.
