YEA to launch Garment and Textile Employment Module

The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) will launch a new module on Monday, August 14th, 2023, aimed at creating employment opportunities for young people in the garment and textile industry.

The Youth Employment Agency (YEA) will, on Monday 14th August 2023, launch one of its modules named “Youth in Garment and Textiles Module” at the Prempeh Assembly Hall in Kumasi

The Garment and Textile industry plays a significant role in Ghana’s economy, contributing to export revenue, employment generation, and culture preservation

In consideration of the continued growth of the industry, the Youth Employment Agency finds the Youth in Garment and Textile Training and Employment Module a sustainable means of creating jobs for the youth.

On-the-Job Training in the various skill areas to be undertaken by selected Garment and Textile partner companies
