‘Engenious’: Brent Nartey wins Young CEO of the Year 2022 at 7th Ghana CEO Summit

Meet Brent Nartey, a visionary and accomplished young leader, who was recently recognized as the “Young CEO of the Year 2022” at the 7th Ghana CEO Summit, held at the plush Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel on 22nd May 2023.

Having a penchant for excellence from his childhood, Brent’s journey to becoming a Managing Director at Engen Ghana Ltd comes as no surprise for those that have been under his tutelage and guidance in the last eighteen years.

He began his career at Engen Ghana (2005-2012), where he held various management positions including Supply & Distribution Manager, Acting Retail Manager, and Finance Manager.

In June 2021, Brent returned to where it all begun, with his appointment as Managing Director of Engen Ghana Limited.

At Engen Ghana Ltd (EGL), Brent set out to transform the company by reengineering key business processes and strengthening the capacity of the team
