Citi FM/TV thrills patrons at #BackToYourVillage Food Bazaar Day 2 [Photos]

The venue was a centre of attraction for a variety of indigenous Ghanaian dishes and drinks as the station climaxed its Heritage Month.

There was also a cocktail of events for patrons to experience exciting Ghanaian games, authentic Ghanaian music, folklore and stories.

The different kinds of local foods and drinks were on display under the Akan, Northern and Southern villages to make participants relive the nostalgic cultural moments in the traditional Ghanaian kitchen.

Dishes such as Omo tuo, Banku, Tuo Zaafi, Kokonte, Ampesie were showcased and enjoyed at the event.

Ghanaian foods like Ga kenkey and fish, fufu and ebunuebunu, and ɛtɔ with eggs, avocado and koobi (salted fish) were not also left out.

Local drinks such as Asana, Pito, palmwine also featured strongly.

There were a lot of fun activities for kids.
