Best Brain: Royal Shakespeare school kicked out, Kay-Billie-Klaer qualifies

Kay-Billie-Klaer International School has shattered the dreams of the Royale Shakespeare International School to make it to the next stage of Citi TV’s Best Brain quiz competition.

The ‘international school El Classico’ contest was fiercely competed as Kay-Billie-Klaer led the first round with just a three-point difference.

Interestingly, both schools obtained 34 points at the end of round two but it was in the third and final round that Royal Shakespeare was caught off guard and scored a low mark of three out of the 10 points which were up for grabs.

At the end of the day’s proceedings, Kay –Billie-Klaer managed to win 75 points leaving Royale Shakespeare behind with 68 points.

Kay-Billie-Klaer now joins the likes of Happy Kids School and Silicon Valley School as schools that have advanced to the next stage of the program.

Best Brain is a fun and educative show for JHS students and airs every Saturday on Citi TV at 12 pm.

In all 12 schools are battling for the top spot and fighting for bragging rights, as the school which grooms Ghana’s best brains in this classic quiz competition.

Currently, the competition is still in the preliminary stage with three more contests to go.

The six schools that win their preliminary contests will move on to the next stage.

The top three schools at that stage will compete at the project stage where two higher-scoring schools will face off at the grand finale.
