Freight Consult supports MOGO for the 3rd time

Freight Consult, a fully accredited customs house agent has urged corporate institutions in Ghana not to relent in their efforts to invest in the country’s creative arts industry.

Over the years many stakeholders within the creative arts, from movies to music, artifacts to dance, have bemoaned poor support from government and the private sector as they try to grow their respective fields.

Speaking ahead of Citi FM and Citi TV’s Music of Ghanaian Origin (MOGO) Concert scheduled for 23^rd March, 2019, the Business Improvement Manager at Freight Consult, Sylvia Arthur called on corporate entities to view investment in Ghana’s creative arts as part of their corporate social responsibility.

“Everybody talks about maintaining our culture, loving Ghana and loving ourselves. But how do we do that? For us as a corporate institution we believe that supporting the creative arts is the way of maintaining our culture. We look at it in two angles, by supporting an event like Citi FM and Citi TV’s Music of Ghanaian Origin (MOGO) Concert, we are supporting creative arts but we are also putting our brand out there,” she said.

Freight Consult has supported MOGO for the past three years.

 Music of Ghanaian Origin (MOGO)

The annual Music of Ghanaian Origin concert which will come off on 23rd March 2019 at the National Theatre, will feature Kwabena Kwabena, Cina Soul, K.K Kabobo and Akwaboah Junior. The rate for the concert is GHS120 .
