My house in Accra costs ₵500,000 - 28-yr-old young billionaire, Kojo Forex reveals

Kojo Forex, a 28-year-old forex trader from Ghana, has offered his followers an insight into the process that went into the building of his posh mansion which he claimed cost him ₵500,000.

In a recent video posted to his YouTube account, Kojo gave advice to young people who wish to construct their own homes, warning them to exercise caution or run the risk of being taken advantage of.

Kojo cautioned builders to exercise additional caution when hiring construction contractors in a video he posted on his YouTube channel since many undervalue the cost of materials.

The YouTuber claimed that his ideal home includes two halls, two kitchens, a game room, and a swimming pool.
