Law School Admission: Chief Justice, 4 other SC judges should resign or be impeached – Kwaku Azar demands

In a Facebook post, Kwaku Azar contended that the justices have lost the legitimacy to continue remaining on the bench ostensibly because of their role in the opaqueness of the school of law exams.

“The 5 SC Justices have lost the legitimacy to sit on the court!

Earlier in a July 28 post, Kwaku Azar accused the five Justices of masterminding the imposition of a mystery passing regime into the law school.

While stressing that the justices did not receive the same treatment while entering law school, he said they must come out with an explanation as to why they have decided to make the pass marks unknown.

They know or ought to know that such a mystery passing regime (MPR) is unfair and unreasonable and violate Article 23 of the Constitution that they have sworn to uphold, protect, and preserve.

And so should these learned Justices of the apex court,” Kwaku Azar wrote on his wall.
