Michael Essien runs away from endorsing LGBTQI

Ex-Footballer Michael Essien has run away from his support for homosexuals in Ghana.

The Bison shared a post on his page to show solidarity and support for the Homosexual Community in Ghana.

His post supported some of UK’s most prominent Ghanaians who have joined together to condemn their former homeland for its stance on gay rights in what will be seen as an extraordinary show of diaspora power.

The influential names in fashion, film, and media, including Idris Elba and the Vogue editor-in-chief, Edward Enninful, have signed an open letter in support of Ghana’s LGBTQ+ community. Naomi Campbell, although, not of Ghanaian heritage, has also put her name to the letter.https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-1518840061916921&output=html&h=280&slotname=7412766695&adk=2874012489&adf=337872043&pi=t.ma~as.7412766695&w=740&fwrn=4&fwrnh=100&lmt=1614682009&rafmt=1&psa=1&format=740×280&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mynewsgh.com%2Fmichael-essien-runs-away-from-endorsing-lgbtqi%2F&flash=0&fwr=0&fwrattr=true&rpe=1&resp_fmts=3&wgl=1&uach=WyJXaW5kb3dzIiwiMTAuMCIsIng4NiIsIiIsIjg4LjAuNDMyNC4xOTAiLFtdXQ..&dt=1614682009471&bpp=14&bdt=208&idt=355&shv=r20210224&cbv=r20190131&ptt=9&saldr=aa&abxe=1&cookie=ID%3D0b5d117525bc5e50-221c525cbaa6008d%3AT%3D1612337398%3ART%3D1612337398%3AS%3DALNI_MZng9cZHRQsUjSX-Xjz9bKzgkBhtg&prev_fmts=740×280&correlator=504560147707&frm=20&pv=1&ga_vid=127260784.1612337393&ga_sid=1614682010&ga_hid=666725004&ga_fc=0&u_tz=0&u_his=26&u_java=0&u_h=768&u_w=1366&u_ah=728&u_aw=1366&u_cd=24&u_nplug=3&u_nmime=4&adx=219&ady=1509&biw=1479&bih=711&scr_x=0&scr_y=0&eid=31060288%2C21068786&oid=3&pvsid=2367857537926646&pem=968&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mynewsgh.com%2Fco-tenant-arrested-over-murder-of-construction-worker-at-kuntenase%2F&rx=0&eae=0&fc=896&brdim=0%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C1366%2C0%2C1364%2C728%2C1497%2C711&vis=1&rsz=%7C%7CoeEbr%7C&abl=CS&pfx=0&fu=8320&bc=31&ifi=2&uci=a!2&btvi=2&fsb=1&xpc=EviZRCaMsv&p=https%3A//www.mynewsgh.com&dtd=368

But the ex-footballer has since pulled down his post for reasons best known to him and his handlers. A check on his Instagram and Twitter pages among others indicates that the ex-football star may have changed his stance.
