Building a house at East Legon on an actors salary will be difficult- Ekow Smith Asante

Despite the flaunting of wealth on social media by some Ghanaian actors/actresses, actor and film producer, Ekow Smith Asante, has revealed that an actors salary cannot afford a house at prime locations like East Legon.

According to him, the actors world is a dicey situation because although they make peanuts from acting, they receive favors and gifts from fans in many forms.

Speaking in an interview with Fifi Pratt on Kingdom FM, Ekow Smith Asante explained that due to this nature of their work, a person can afford to live lavishly, however, they cannot do that on just their actors salary.

It is very dicey because actors and actresses for instance, get favours,” he explained.
