I Can’t Organize Golden Movie Awards Again, my Money Is Gone- Mimi Andani

Mimi Abu Andani, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Golden Movie Awards, has disclosed that she there is no way she will organize the awards scheme again.

Speaking in a recent interview with Joy FM’s Kwame Dadzie on the ‘Showbiz A-Z’ show, Mimi made known that she cannot continue to organise the scheme due to financial challenges and lack of support from sponsors.

She further revealed that for the past seven years, she has never gotten the needed financial support from cooperate Ghana, emphasizing that the awards scheme wasn’t organized last year due to financial struggles.

I am telling you that our budget is almost about 600,000 to 800,000 cedis anytime we are doing the awards.

As I stand here, I don’t think I am ever going to do Golden Movie Awards again
