Audio: Don’t kill yourselves for politicians - pastor to Ghanaian youth

Chairperson of the Asante Akyem Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana in the Ashanti Region, Rev Dr. Anokye Nkansah has cautioned Ghanaians not to kill themselves through vigilantism for politicians.

According to Rev. Nkansah, the youth, especially must not avail themselves to be used by politicians to form vigilante groups to destroy the beauty of Ghana.

Speaking to Adom News, Rev Dr Anokye quizzed why children of the people in high positions are not part of these activities.

“Have we ever seen any son or daughter of President Nana Addo, Ministers of states or former President John Dramani Mahama in these Vigilante groups,” he quizzed.

“They should help us correct the wrongs in our system but avoid being partisan,” he said homecoming ceremony of the church at Bopata.

Meanwhile members of the church who spoke to Adom News also appealed to Christians and Ghanaians to offer good advice for their children as the Bible requires.
