Ejisu by-election: Independent candidate polls 47.5%, Lawyer Boateng 50.6% – Global InfoAnalytics

The former Member of Parliament (MP) for the Ejisu constituency on the ticket of the NPP, Kwabena Owusu Aduomi, has polled 47.5 percent in the latest Global InfoAnalytics opinion poll conducted ahead of the April 30 by-election.

Mr.

Owusu Aduomi is contesting as an independent candidate.

The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) candidate, Kwabena Boateng, the second deputy chairman of the party, polled 50.6 percent.

However, 1.7 percent of the respondents said they had not decided on who they would vote for.

Also, 36 percent of NPP respondents said they would vote for the independent candidate, Owusu Aduomi, while 64 percent said they would vote for Lawyer Boateng.

Amongst floating voters, 66 percent said they would vote for Kwabena Owusu Aduomi, compared to 30 percent for Kwabena Boateng.
