The victories in both categories come as a welcome relief for Ghana, which has faced challenges in track events, including Benjamin Azamati’s fifth-place finish in the 100m final.

The sole medal achieved thus far in Athletics by Ghana came in the form of a gold, courtesy of Rose Yeboah’s impressive 1.90m jump in the Women’s high jump event.

With the finals of the 4x100m relay set to take place later on Wednesday at 18:35 GMT, anticipation is high as Ghana’s relay teams aim to maintain their momentum and secure podium finishes for their country.

As Ghana’s athletes continue to showcase their talent and determination on the continental stage, fans eagerly await the thrilling conclusion of the 4x100m relay events, hoping for further success and glory for the nation.
