Eleven Wonders apologises to fans after GPL promotion playoff defeat

Techiman Eleven Wonders have apologised to fans after their failure to secure qualification for the Ghana Premier League.

The disappointment came on Tuesday when they lost to Bofoakwa Tano in the promotion playoff in Accra.

Wonders lost 7-6 on penalties after a pulsating 1-1 in regulation time.

Wonders in a statement expressed remorse for their inability to secure qualification, apologising to all stakeholders, particularly their loyal fans, the people of Techiman, and the entire Bono East region.

The club acknowledged the unpredictability of the game and thanked their supporters for their unwavering support, vowing to bounce back from this setback.
