Ghanaian actress Luckie Lawson has praised renowned movie producer and director , emphasizing that Manso’s remarkable contributions to the growth of Ghana’s movie industry deserve greater celebration.

According to the actress the renowned director’s works, including notable films like “Perfect Picture,” “Potomanto,” and “Shampaign,” have garnered significant accolades in an industry largely dominated by men.

The producer/director role is mostly dominated by men, but Shirley has proven to be one of the best movie producers, challenging her male counterparts and achieving tremendous success.

Through this collaboration, Lawson gained firsthand experience of Manso’s dedication and unwavering pursuit of excellence.

“I knew her to be one of the best but never knew her as someone who never rests until she gets what she wants.

Working with her on ‘Madam’ brought me closer to her, and my love and admiration for her have only increased,” Lawson revealed.
