The Dean of its Faculty of Law at the , Accra (UPSA), Professor Ernest Kofi Abotsi has indicated that political party primaries are central to Ghana’s governance deficit.

According to him, the challenges with governance in the country can be attributed to the quality of leaders elected during the parties’ primaries.

In a tweet, Prof Abosti said corruption in governance is a function of corruption at the polls.
