End of year: Isaac Fund Project Foundation donates to needy widows and orphans in Eastern Region

The Isaac Fund Project Foundation, a Accra-based non-governmental organization that supports and promotes Christianity, donated food items to over 100 people, including needy widows and orphans in Nyadeaye, a farming community in the Eastern region of Ghana.

This was part of the organization’s efforts towards supporting needy citizens, most especially widows who are unable to provide daily meals due to the economic challenges facing the country.

The items presented included bags of rice, cartons of canned tomatoes, cloths, soft drinks  and bottles of cooking oil, etc.

The Executive Director and founder of the organization, Minister Isaac Afotey, who led the team to do the presentation, used the opportunity to thank the residents for turning up early to receive the items and expressed profound gratitude to his team members for making the tour educative and successful.

He also thank the donors for their immersed timely supports.

On behalf of the women, a 70-year-old women’s leader expressed the gratefulness and appreciation of the women for the kind gesture.

She mentioned that this support will go a long way to benefiting more people and families in the community than the number of people who have received the items, so words cannot express how much they appreciate the effort.

Present to witness this exercise were the team from the Isaac Fund Project Foundation, the Assemblymember, opinion leaders of the community, and representatives from various youth groups in the communities, as well as women and children.
