A farmer and President of The Coalition for Cocoa Sector Reforms, Thomas Kwesi Ayisi Kumah has been tipped to win the ’ National Executives Committee elections slated for December 17, 2022.
He is expected to bring his experience from the Cocoa sector into the party’s 2024 campaign manifesto preparation.
According to him, the next NDC government will revamp the cocoa sector with major reforms that will bring dignity to farmers and creat jobs for the teaming unemployed youth in the country, intimating that the cocoa industry faces an existential collapse under the current administration.

My motivation therefore is to help the NDC come out with sustainable policies in it’s manifesto, get them implemented to bring relief to farmers and workers in the Ghana’s cocoa sector if voted into power, ” He noted.
