The Recording Industry Association of America gold-certified Beyonce, Shatta Wale and Major Lazer’s ‘Already’ song on August 8, 2022.

This award has gone into history’s books as Shatta Wale becomes the first Ghanaian to be internationally recognised and awarded by the RIAA.

The song, by American singer Beyoncé, Ghanaian singer Shatta Wale and American trio Major Lazer, is also featured in the 2020 movie Black is King.

‘Already’ won the 2022 Best Collaboration of the Year award at the 18th Urban Music Awards and 6th annual AEAUSA

In 2020, the song won Best Collaboration at the 2020 BreakTudo Awards.
