Wontumi Wishes Bugri Naabu Speedy Recovery; Says Accident Won't Prevent Victory

Few hours after news of accident involving the Northern Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bugri Naabu, messages of well wishing have been pouring out for the controversial party Chairman.

The latest to wish the NPP Northern Regional Chairman a speedy recovery is his colleague Ashanti Regional Chairman and confidant, Mr. Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi.

In a message released this afternoon, Chairman Wontumi expressed his heartfelt regret at the unfortunate incident and encouraged his colleague Chairman to remain strong and steadfast in the midst of adversity.

The Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman observed in the statement that the sad incident will in no doubt enhance the electoral fortunes of Chairman Bugri Naabu.

"I hope this unfortunate incident will strengthen your resolve to lead the party to another crucial elections in 2020, though I have every hope that you will retain your position, what has happened today can only be seen in positive light. I know God Almighty is on your side and you will come out stronger" Chairman Wontumi noted.

The Ashanti Regional Chairman therefore predicted an emphatic 75% victory for Mr. Bugri Naabu in the upcoming regional elections slated for Sunday April 2018
